Contacts HBN events

The HBN is made up of members representing peak horticulture industry organisations. These members are Industry Liaison Officers (ILO) who provide the link between the Incident Management Team (IMT) in the State Control Centre (SCC) or the Local Control Centre (LCC) and the Affected Industry during a plant pest biosecurity outbreak. These ILOs attend training and updates provided by agencies such as Plant Health Australia or Agriculture Victoria's Biosecurity team and Chief Plant Health Officer.
